This 2BR/2BA condo includes all of the conveniences and luxuries you can possibly imagine; a full kitchen, a spacious living area, luxurious bathrooms, a rooftop solarium with Jacuzzi, and much more as outlined below:

  • Sleeps 4-5; two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom - 1 king bed, 1 full-size bed.
    If necessary, air mattress and linens will be brought in for additional bedding.

RATE INFORMATION:

April 30 to Dec 15th   $260/$1,800 US
Dec 16th to Jan 6th   $360/$2,500 US

Rental rates include all taxes and cleaning services. Rates subject to availability and subject to change without notice.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

A deposit of $500 U.S. will be required at the time of booking. The balance of rental must be paid 60 prior to your arrival date. In the case of where a booking is made within 60 days of arrival date, full payment is immediately due and payable. Once payment is made, it is completely non-refundable.
