You are invited to come and experience this luxurious beachfront condo located in right on the beach across the marina from the Paradise Village in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico. The resort was carefully developed along one of the most beautiful beaches of the bay in harmony with the natural environment and a great place for a relaxing vacation for you and your traveling companions.

 

CONDO AMENITIES:

  • 2 bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi

  • large master bedroom with king-sized bed and own entrance to terrace with views of the ocean

  • living room sofa also coverts to a double bed

  • washer and dryer in unit

  • SORRY, no pets allowed

Tenants are responsible for being respectful of neighbours and property and will be held responsible for any damages that may occur during their stay.

Current Rates

High Season

November 1 to March 30 $1200 US/week

$180 US / night for less than 1 week

 

Low Season

April 1 to October 31 $900 US/week

$140 US / night for less than 1 week

 

Holiday Period

December 20 to January 6 $1500 US/week

$250 US/night for less than 1 week

Rental rates are for the condo and include all taxes, cleaning at the end of your stay and service costs.  No other charges are applied.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

 

A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of booking, which must reach us within 14 days of booking. The balance of rental must be paid prior to 60 days of your arrival date. In the case where a booking is made within 60 days of arrival date, full payment is immediately due and payable. Once payment is made, it is completely non-refundable.

 

Payment is accepted by way of a certified cheque, U.S. money order, wire transfer, or by way of Paypal (see www.paypal.com for further details). A small processing fee may be charged if payment is made by way of Paypal.
