This unit is newly refurbished and has great marble features. Much more room than a hotel room and for about the same price. Why stay anywhere else??

You will be so happy that you stayed at this beautiful 950 square-foot, oceanfront condo. Located on an upper floor condo with terrace overlooking the Caribbean. The entire condo has been totally refurbished with marble throughout including a marble bath, and all furniture has been re-upholstered.

The beach in front of the hotel is the beautiful white Cancun fine sand, which is even cool to the touch on the hottest days. Since there is no undertow because of the protection of wave action from Isla Mujeres, it is very a good swimming beach for children and adults alike.

The unit sleeps 4 comfortably, but can accommodate up to six people. For those who may be physically challenged, it is also handicapped accessible. This condo includes all hotel amenities plus all of the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen. Also included in the rate is daily maid service.

The hotel facilities include three pools, restaurants, snack bar, grocery, gift shop, tour and travel agency, and car rental. It is accessible to all malls, restaurants, downtown, Mayan Ruins (by tour or car) and all area attractions. Area activities include boating, water sports, golf, and nightclubs.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
 

A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of booking, which must reach us within 14 days of booking. The balance of rental must be paid prior to 60 days of your arrival date. In the case where a booking is made within 60 days of arrival date, full payment is immediately due and payable. Once payment is made, it is completely non-refundable.


Payment is accepted by way of a certified cheque, U.S. money order, wire transfer, or by way of Paypal (see www.paypal.com for further details). A small processing fee may be charged if payment is made by way of Paypal.
