BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

When booking this condo, a $300.00 refundable security deposit is required to reserve the unit. If cancellation is made prior to the 60 days arrival date, there is a penalty of $100 U.S. The final balance is due and payable 60 days prior to arrival. Once final payment has been received, all monies are non-refundable.
