This NON-SMOKING Condominium is one of the larger end units on the GROUND FLOOR. For your total comfort, the unit has air conditioners and ceiling fans in the living room AND the bedroom! Completely remodeled in February 2006 with new carpeting, floor tile, cabinetry, and sinks. All furnishings are new as of late April, 2005.

The kitchen is well equipped including a blender, or use the electric grinder to grind some Hawaiian coffee beans for your morning cup of coffee. Then step outside and enjoy the spacious lanai with its beautiful red hibiscus hedge.

Unlike most of the units in Maui Vista, you are provided with a luxurious KING-SIZE bed! Enjoy its roominess and its sateen sheets. Sleep well! Our goal is to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

A beautiful sandy beach (Charlie Young Beach/Kamaole Beach I) is just a short walk across the street! You are provided with over-sized beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler for your use. Play tennis on one of the six courts or swim in one of the three pools on property. An Activities Desk is just steps from your front door if you want to book any sightseeing adventures while in Maui. In the evening, relax and watch a DVD, read a good book, or listen to a Hawaiian music CD from the in-house collection.

$10 Extra per person, per night

LOW SEASON: Apr 16-Dec 14 - $100/night (4 night minimum)
HIGH SEASON: Dec 15-Apr 15 - $130/night (6 night minimum)

Add Hawaii State and Tourist Taxes of 11.25%.
$300 Deposit Required to Secure Your Reservation and Rate.

FULL PAYMENT Must Be Received Within 60 Days of Arrival or Reservation Cancelled.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
A 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking. The balance of rental must be paid 60 days prior to your arrival date. In the case of where a booking is made within 60 days of arrival date, the full payment is immediately due and payable. Once payment is made, it is completely non-refundable.
