Your Condo Vacation Specialist

Do you find yourself confused when looking for condo accommodation if the facilities are going to be right for you or whether it will be all of the things you expect it to be?

Just to give you a bit of history about ourselves, we have had experience renting vacation condos to our clients for over ten years. In that time period, we have learned a lot of things along the way and have learned many secrets in how to obtain the right vacation condo for our clients. And this has been and will continue to be our main objective when providing our services.

Have you had any disappointments in the past?

Hopefully you are not one of those people who had rented a condo from someone only to find that it did not measure up to your expectations when you arrived. Or if you haven't had such an experience, hopefully with our services, you will not have to experience those disappointments.

This is where our experience will become of benefit to you. And in the majority of cases, there is no additional charge to you because we get paid commissions from the suppliers so why would you take a chance and not use our services.

How are we different?

What we mainly focus on for our clients is to find out exactly from them what it is they are looking for in a condo vacation, and based upon that information, we do our utmost to provide them with the accommodation and the vacation that they are looking for.

That is why our website features a request form that must be completed by you in order that we can determine just what accommodation would be best suitable for you and your budget.

What other services do we provide?

Our company is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, so we can also assist anyone with accommodation who wishes to visit our province or even our country. And as an added service for our Canadian clients, we can also book your air travel for you to your proposed destination.

At the present time we are featuring condominium accommodation at the Mayan Palace in the destinations of Arizona, Acapulco, Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta, Playa Del Carmen and Cancun.

However, if these resorts and destinations are not of interest to you, we do work with suppliers of many more resorts and destinations located worldwide. In this way, we are able to provide you with accommodation to meet your specification.

It would be impossible to feature all of the resorts at each of the destinations for you because we work with hundreds of different resorts and even different suppliers for some of these resorts.

An example of some of the destinations we provide accommodation to for our clients for are in Canada, USA including Arizona, Florida and Hawaii, the Caribbean, Central America, Mexico, the South Pacific, and many, many more.

And in these destinations we can provide you anything from a studio up to a three-bedroom condo, or as an alternative, we even could offer you a villa, a private home, beach house, cottage or cabin.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES:

A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of booking, which must reach us within 14 days of booking. The balance of rental must be paid prior to 45 days of your arrival date. In the case where a booking is made within 45 days of arrival date, full payment is immediately due and payable.

Once payment is made, it is completely non-refundable.

Payment is accepted by way of a certified cheque, U.S. money order, wire transfer, or by way of Paypal (see www.paypal.com for further details). A small processing fee may be charged if payment is made by way of Paypal.
