Special Note: Renter will not assign this agreement or sublet the
condo without the
express written permission from the owners.
In the event of any controversy, claim or dispute between the condo owners and renters, all parties agree to submit any and all disputes to binding arbitration before the AAA (American Arbitration Association) in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The decision of AAA shall be final and binding, and may be enforced by judgment upon application to a court of competent jurisdiction.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
25% deposit due within 14 days of booking the unit.
Balance due 60 days from date of arrival.
Reservations may be cancelled up to 60 days prior to your intended
occupancy date, with no penalty. For cancellations made between 0 and 59
days of your intended occupancy date, all payments are non-refundable No
refunds for no-shows.
We do however offer trip cancellation protection of your vacation
investment if you are unable to travel due to any unexpected
circumstances. Ask us for a quote.
