This unit is freshly painted with new carpets, new washer/dryer, tiled entry, hallway & lanai, and new Beautyrest mattresses on all beds including king in the master. All beds have 400 thread count luxurious combed cotton linens. A short stroll to the pool and short walk to the beach, shops at Wailea, tennis and restaurants.

Enjoy outdoor living and cooking! The large tiled lanai dining area is equipped with 2 loungers and a patio set with seating for 4 plus pass through counter. Cook outdoors on a fantastic Webber BBQ!

As a guest at of this unit at The Palms at Wailea, you can receive a Resort Guest discount at the 3 Wailea championship golf courses and tennis club.

• Two twin Beautyrest pillowtop mattresses in second bedroom can convert to king.

• Another 10 minute walk down the hill is the entrance to Keawakapu Beach Park. The beach is wide and the ocean is calm and sandy, known for great swimming and snorkelling!
• Endless nearby amenities including golf courses, tennis facilities, swimming and snorkeling beaches, world class dining and shopping.

Apr 16/08 - Jun 14/08: $250/night
Jun 15/08 - Aug 31/08: $300/night
Sep 1/08 - Dec 14/08: $250/night
Dec 15/08 - Apr 14/09: $325/night
Apr 15/09 - Jun 14/09: $250/night

** Hawaii Tax of 11.42% will be added
*** Rate subject to change without notice, depending on season and availability

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

• $500 deposit confirms reservations and must be received within 14 days of booking the unit.
• Balance is due 75 days prior to arrival.
• 5 night minimum stay except 14 nights over Christmas/New year
• 1/2 day rate for early check-in/late check out (if available) must be done at time of booking
• Arrival and departure cleaning included. Additional housekeeping available on request.
• Maximum occupancy 4 (including children)
• Cleaning fee applies for 5 or 6 night stays.

Once payment has been received, all monies are non-refundable. We do however offer trip cancellation protection to cover cancellation of reservation due to any unexpected circumstances.
