This triplex is located on the north end of La Quinta Avenue in Playa del Carmen on 42 St. between 5th & 10th Ave, 3 blocks from the beach. To give you more proximity of the location, it is two blocks from the Shangri La Hotel, the Reef Club Coco Beach, and just a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Playa del Carmen.

 

On the first level is a living room, dining room, kitchen, master suite with his and her bathrooms and a jacuzzi.

 

The second level has a loft area overlooking the living room plus two more bedrooms with queen beds.

The third level has a full bath next to the roof top which has a swimming pool, lounge chairs, table and chairs, an outdoor shower, washer and dryer, and a panoramic view of the ocean and town.

Arrangements can be made for a BBQ and other meals upon request.

RATE INFORMATION:

Rates start at $285 U.S. per night in low season
Rates are maximum of $400 U.S. in high season

Rates do not include Mexican room tax of 12%, which will be added upon placing your reservation.
An additional 3% service fee will be added to your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require a 50% NON-refundable deposit upon booking and the non-refundable balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We offer trip cancellation insurance to protect your vacation investment should you be unable to travel due to unexpected circumstances.
