UNIT INFORMATION:

The Suites of Polo Towers comprising of Towers I & II, have been designed casual contemporary with chic fabrics and finishes. Renovations of the units were completed in May of 2008.

The one and two bedroom Suites are spacious, offering guests spectacular views from the kitchen and dining areas. Each living room and bedroom has a remote control television, and the living area is complimented with a DVD/VCR combo and complete audio system.

There's plenty of room to relax and you'll enjoy panoramic views of Las Vegas from your private balcony.

All Suites offer king beds in the master bedrooms. Two bedroom accommodation features a Murphy-style queen bed and a sofa bed and can sleep up to 6 people, while the one bedroom accommodation sleeps 4 guests comfortably with a king bed and sofa bed. The studios now have very comfortable Queen sized Murphy beds.

For stays up to August 18, 2010:

Studio - $478 US sleeps 2 for 7 nights
1BR/1BA - $550 US sleeps 4 for 7 nights
2BR/2BA - $795 US sleeps 6 for 7 nights

*Beyond August 18 the minimum weekly rate will be higher.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of booking, which must reach us within 14 days of booking. The balance of rental must be paid prior to 60 days of your arrival date. In the case where a booking is made within 60 days of arrival date, full payment is immediately due and payable. Once payment is made, it is completely non-refundable.

Payment is accepted by way of a certified cheque, U.S. money order, wire transfer, or by way of Paypal (see www.paypal.com for further details). A small processing fee may be charged if payment is made by way of Paypal.
