UNIT INFORMATION:

The Villas at Polo Towers are richly appointed, with extensive use of Italian marble, lush fabrics, inlaid tile, granite countertops, and carefully selected artwork reminiscent of the Tuscany region of Italy.

The kitchen and dining areas are bathed in natural light and come fully equipped with utensils and microwave oven. Each living room and bedroom has a remote control television, and the living room is complimented with a VCR/DVD combo and complete audio system.

Pamper yourself in the master bath oversized tub and immerse yourself in the romantic environment of marble and inlaid Italian tile. There's plenty of room to relax, and you'll enjoy views of Las Vegas from your private balcony.

All Villas offer king beds in the master bedrooms. The one bedroom accommodation sleeps 4 guests comfortably with a king bed and Murphy-style queen bed. The unit sizes are two-bedroom, one-bedroom and studios.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of booking, which must reach us within 14 days of booking. The balance of rental must be paid prior to 60 days of your arrival date. In the case where a booking is made within 60 days of arrival date, full payment is immediately due and payable. Once payment is made, it is completely non-refundable.

Payment is accepted by way of a certified cheque, U.S. money order, wire transfer, or by way of Paypal (see www.paypal.com for further details). A small processing fee may be charged if payment is made by way of Paypal.
