A fabulous gathering place for family and friends, or a quiet getaway for yourself, for a weekend or even a week or more.

Stay in this 1886 square foot, 4 bedroom condo with three bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a lock-off for anyone who wants a getaway by themselves (no kitchen facilities though).

This rental is great for anyone who enjoys downhill skiing, cross-country skiing and snowboarding in the winter. And in the summer there are several golf courses nearby. Other activities in the summer are mountain biking, hiking, whitewater rafting, fly fishing, river tubing, etc.

This unit can be rented on a nightly basis, with a minimum of a two-night rental. There is a lock-off unit with two double beds in it and the remaining three bedrooms are in the main unit. The beds consist of a queen bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom, and two twins in the third bedroom. Besides the beds, there are two sleeper sofas in the unit as well.

Rental rates include all taxes. Rates subject to availability and subject to change without notice.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

A 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking. The balance of rental must be paid 60 days prior to your arrival date. In the case of where a booking is made within 60 days of arrival date, the full payment is immediately due and payable. Once payment is made, it is completely non-refundable.
