This home is located in the town of Los Barriles and within walking distance of most all amenities. Cabo San Lucas is about 10 minutes from San Jose del Cabo. The capital of the Baja is La Paz and is located about 45 min. north of Los Barriles. This will give you an idea of the location of the town.

Low Season
$100 US daily
$700 US weekly

High Season
$130 US daily
$850 US weekly

Add 18% taxes to rental rate

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of booking, which must reach us within 14 days of booking. The balance of rental must be paid prior to 60 days of your arrival date. In the case where a booking is made within 60 days of arrival date, full payment is immediately due and payable. Once payment is made, it is completely non-refundable.

Payment is accepted by way of a certified cheque, U.S. money order, wire transfer, or by way of Paypal (see www.paypal.com for further details). A small processing fee may be charged if payment is made by way of Paypal.
